Tired but happy!

I spent two whole days selecting the 1657 photographic prints of George Mallory’s expeditions at Everest in 1921 and 1922 at the Royal Geographical Society, I interpreted as many captions, recognized the mountains and glaciers portrayed in photos on historical maps, comparing them to satellite images of Google Earth … a long, meticulous, tiring and even obsessive job but the excitement in finding and recognizing those mythical shooting locations and positioning them on Google Earth in order to repeat those photographs is indescribable !!! Tomorrow work continues but I will return to London in January I miss only 12,906 photographs ?;) who comes to help me?
