Having published the sixth and final travel diary, “From the Julian Alps to the Gran Sasso”, the story of the expedition “On the trail of the glaciers – Alps 2020” is definitively concluded.
Thanks to the excellent teamwork and favourable weather conditions, the “Alps 2020” expedition achieved excellent results: 27 photographed and monitored glaciers, divided into 6 regions, 23 involved researchers from 10 different scientific institutions, 119 releases on television, radio, newspapers and web.
For those wishing to live again the emotions of the expedition in its entirety, here is the complete list of travel diaries, which have been published on our website, with texts, pictures and videos of this exciting Alpine adventure. We want to live again with you the emotions that accompanied us and share the importance of telling what is happening to our planet.
We also report the links to the sites of the 3 prestigious newspapers (National Geographic, Rai Cultura and Rai Radio3) which we thank for following the expedition for its entire duration and for the creation of numerous dedicated services and publications.
